Sundogs and Circumzenithal Arc
Late this afternoon I was treated to a rather nice display of a circumzenithal arc and a pair of sundogs. Using a little digital camera I tried to get a few images (the full set of images can be found over here):

That circ. arc photo is superb, great capture! I've only ever seen this once. I found it hard to image against a bright blue sky but the contrast you have there is amazing.

This is the second one I've seen this year. I did try to photograph the first one but just couldn't get it (the fact that I only had a mobile phone/camera to hand probably didn't help).
I didn't hold out much luck for this one either so I'm very happy with the result.
